**NEW TO OSTEOPATHY? Please add yourself to the waiting list.**
Osteopathic Manual Therapy follows the theory that imbalances in the human structure contribute to or are directly related to the development and maintenance of disease. The role of the osteopathic manual practitioner is to encourage the body's natural ability to self-heal and self-regulate by removing any and all obstacles and obstructions that will interfere with the proper nutrition and drainage of the body's tissues.

Using a principles-based approach, manual osteopathic treatment is not restricted to one area but treats the body as a whole and each treatment is unique to the individual patient.

You can contact Roxanne at 519-466-6618 or Tanya at 519-402-8636 if you have any questions.

Counselling / Psychology / Mental Health

Roxanne has 24 years of clinical experience in the field of health care. Her background and breadth of knowledge are expansive including front-line therapy in communications with children and adults. Her passion has also led her to work in all 3 of the First Nations communities in the Sarnia Lambton area. She also taught at Lambton College for five years focusing on communication disorders. After the birth of her two children, she saw the importance of supporting women through childbirth and delivery and was a Doula for five years. Roxanne has always had a lifelong interest in functional anatomy and in Mind, Body Sciences (e.g. Yoga and functional movement) with a modality emphasizing on structural dysfunctions as well as the root cause of disease. Roxanne discovered Osteopathy while searching for therapeutic answers to our own chronic health issues. The treatments were highly sophisticated and purposeful, non-invasive, and effectively eased her ailments with time. Which ultimately improved her quality of life and set her on a journey to help others heal themselves.

You can contact her at 519-466-6618 if you have any questions or book an appointment online.

Here was are, almost a decade later… I never heard about Osteopathy until my best friend told me to attend an information session. After that two-hour session, I was hooked! I didn’t understand what it was but the teachings and treatment made sense to me; I had to do this! Fast forward and I graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in 2015 and the Canadian Academy of Animal Osteopathy (CAAO) in 2019. Focusing on both human and animal osteopathy, I harness my extensive experience to provide maximum health using non-intrusive, comprehensive approaches one patient at a time.
